Buying Clothes
Kidre only delivers within the borders of Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia.
You have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. The items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unused.
After the shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking code. You can then track the progress of your package on Matkahuolto's website.
Selling Children's Clothes
Sending clothes to us is simple. Sign in, get a free shipping code, and drop off your parcel at any Matkahuolto service point. We'll photograph, inspect, and list your items.
We process items in the order they arrive. Once ready, you'll be notified to review the pricing before they go live.
You can bring clothes to our office. Please contact customer service to arrange a suitable time. We process items in the order they arrive, so it may take some time before your items are ready for review.
Yes, you can send, for example, winter clothes to us in the middle of summer.

There is no minimum or maximum amount for the shipment. However, we encourage sending multiple items at once to reduce environmental impact from shipping.
The longest side of the package can be a maximum of 240 cm, and the total of the package's length + width + height can be up to 360 cm. The maximum weight of the package is 35 kg.
The Matkahuolto activation code we provide is valid for one package only. If you have multiple packages over 35 kg, please contact us by email at asiakaspalvelu@kidre.com.
The activation code is valid for 14 days.
Your balance is the total of your store credits and merchant earnings. Store credits come from gift cards and refunds. Merchant earnings come from selling clothes through our consignment program. Your balance is automatically applied at checkout to reduce your order total.
