Selling clothes to us is simple. Our sales page contains all the necessary instructions for selling clothes. All you need to do is drop off the clothes at the nearest Posti, our collection point, or book a pick-up service from our partner.
You will receive an offer within 3 days of the clothes arriving at our facility.
You can bring clothes to our office. Please contact customer service to arrange a time for delivering the clothes to the office. However, we must inspect the clothes in the order they are received, so we cannot provide an immediate offer. Processing the clothes and sending an offer to the customer takes 1-3 days from when the clothes arrive.
Yes, you can sell, for example, winter clothes to us in the middle of summer.
To return the clothes to you, we charge handling and delivery costs. The handling fee is 6.90 EUR. Posti’s delivery costs consist of a fixed amount of 5 EUR and a variable amount depending on the weight or volume of the shipment. Posti selects the higher amount based on either weight (0.20 EUR/kg) or volume (length x width x height x 250/m2). The costs must be paid before we can process and return the clothes.
Contact our customer service by email. We always strive to find an offer that suits you, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
There is no minimum or maximum amount for the shipment. However, we encourage people to send multiple items at once. For this reason, we cover the postage to us for the customer only once every three months. Sending multiple small packages is extremely taxing on the environment in the long run. Therefore, we encourage people to let the clothes accumulate for a while before sending them.
